This book was chock full of helpful tips and information backed by research done by experts in the field of health and exercise. This book is specifically geared toward women who want to eat healthy and incorporate exercise into their lives. This book explains how your body uses and processes different foods as well as optimal times to eat certain foods to maximize weight loss and better health. It includes a chapter on 250 best name-brand foods for women, many that I have tried. It includes a few recipes, of which I have tried one, and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this book and plan to purchase it for future reference.
