Registration opens today for a free workshop to be held at the Columbia Public Library on Saturday, September 22. Gladys Swan, a distinguished fiction writer and visual artist, will mix guided meditation with exercises in drawing and writing to put you in touch with images that foster creative energy. Swan’s fiction, essays and poetry have appeared in many literary magazines including the Sewanee Review and Other Voices.
