Pre-game Art Huddle Kicks Off a Month of Arts Events

North Village Arts District LogoSome would say that a perfectly thrown touchdown pass is a work of art. And descriptions of sporting events have resulted in some beautiful pieces of writing. If you like a little art with your sports, then head to the North Village Arts District in downtown Columbia tonight, September 7, for the first ever Pre-game Art Huddle.

Meant to showcase the Columbia’s burgeoning arts community for visiting SEC fans and locals alike, this event features live music, art demonstrations and exhibits from 6 to 9 p.m. And don’t forget to stop by Orr Street Studios to see Mythos, this year’s One Read art exhibit!
